At Dogbed4less, we are committed to honoring and respecting your individual privacy. All payment are processed directly and securely by Paypal, Amazon payment or Shopify Inc. DogBed4Less will not be able to view or store your financial information that is securely kept between PayPal/Amazon/Shopify and yourself.
Shipping Policy
All pet bed product including memory foam or pillow will ship by UPS ground to United State 48 connecting states only. No APO / FPO or P.O. Boxes including Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. Territories. No international shipping.
Replacement cover order with less than 2 quantities will ship via USPS to all USA address. No international shipping.
Orders are usually shipped within 1 business days with tracking number after payment is cleared.
Please check your email box and/or your JUNK mail box before asking for the tracking number.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
Your must return the item in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase. Restocking fees 15% may apply unless there is a manufacturer defect. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping expenses. If your order qualified for Free Shipping, you may return new, unopened items with original packaging for a full refund minus our cost of shipping your order. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Due to health and sanitation issues, any products that have been used, display excessive wear, are dirty, have pet hair on them or other signs of prolonged use are not eligible for a refund.
1. Please email dogbed4less@yahoo.com to request a return and we will assign you a unique RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please include the reason for your return and the order or transaction number from your receipt.
2. Mail your returned item to address provided from your responded email with RMA number. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping expenses.
Damaged or Missing Orders: If you receive a damaged package, please take photos of your package. Then Email us within 3 days after the arrival and we will gladly handle all of the claim paperwork and help to get you a refund or replacement. Please email us immediately at dogbed4less@yahoo.com
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at dogbed4less@yahoo.com to request an RMA number.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy on the top.
Our warranty does not apply to products that have been misused or abused by anyone or anydog.
Dogbed4less will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or damages of any nature arising from the sale of the product.
